So we set the bar high for ourselves, but were prepared for the challenge of creating and maintaining an industry leading document scanning company. The key to establishing the company was the selection and training of key personnel and the fostering of the security and quality driven culture. Customer Experience Management
AaRMS has a highly experienced Customer Service team who deal with clients’ day-to-day requirements, providing continuity and an understanding of the account history. Their role is to establish and develop a relationship and advise on all aspects of the document management services available and assess which will best serve their needs.
Regular meetings are held between the team members and Senior Management to ensure the high service levels are maintained and future requirements are discussed. AaRMS are a progressive, pro-active company and strive to have innovative solutions ready for existing and prospective clients.
AaRMS have a fleet of company vehicles and collection drivers, working hard each day collecting documents for scanning from client sites and delivering securely to our Greater Manchester facility. A range of Document Handling and Security procedures underpin the logistics process and give peace of mind to our customers.
